Didn't pick up much of the MC. The translator was overlapping Arashi,
At one point Aiba mentioned he wished there were fans from England. He said there were fans from other places, such as the Phillipines, etc. and I swear he said イギリス (British / English), so I took it to mean that he wished there were fans from England. Hello, we came all the way from Canada to see you guys.
Love the rising stage during Kansha Kangeki Ame Arashi. That gave people sitting in the 3rd floor a good view of them. Too bad we sat in section 3C, which was to the side, but we still got a good view of them nonetheless. If we sat in section 3E/F, it would've been perfect, since that would've been dead centre.
Glad that Matsujun chose Yabai x3 as his solo instead of Tell Me What You Wanna Be or Naked, otherwise I would've died laughing. Also loved seeing the MJ walk live.
The lyrics to the 2nd verse of A.RA.SHI was changed, but wasn't sure if they were in Mandarin or Japanese.
After the 1st encore, there was an announcement that the concert has ended and please leave the arena, blah, blah, blah, but I had a feeling that there had to be a 2nd encore. Somehow, it won't be satisfying if it ended with Sakura Sake. It'll be different if it ended with Kansha Kangeki Ame Arashi, A.RA.SHI, Hero, or Kaze. The last song is just me being biased, I figured they won't sing it since it's not the end of summer anymore.
Aiba telling the audience "Please stand up" in English was cute.
Ohno asked the audience if they were happy, in Mandarin (開心 嗎 ?), and they replied "happy", in Japanese (樂しい).
I'm somewhat dreading tomorrow's concert because once that's over, I'll probably never see them live again. I don't speak Japanese, and I don't know anyone who lives in Japan who can join the fanclub for me. I'm not the type of person who'll buy tickets online from people I don't know, and I can't handle the stress of ticket wars for concerts in other parts of Asia. This was hard enough, although it was nothing compared to what people in Shanghai had to go through, and all I managed were 1500NT tickets for today and 1000NT tickets for tomorrow. But I'm glad I get to watch them live, just once. Hopefully they'll have an AAA (Arashi Around AMERICA) tour sometime in the future.
